Refund Policy & Class Cancellation Policy
This policy is in effect for all classes, training, and paid events which is hosted by The National Association of Field Training Officers, or sponsored by host agencies.
Registrant Cancellation Policy
Full payment for classes offered by The National Association of Field Training Officers is required at time of enrollment in the chosen class. There is a $20.00 non-refundable processing fee per attendee. This is part of the class fee and not an additional cost.
Refunds must be requested in writing. IE. Email. Refunds requested with more than 30 days notice from the date of class will receive a refund minus the processing fee.
There will be NO refunds processed if you cancel less than 30 days before the training/class start date.
Cancellation by The National Association of Field Training Officers
The National Association of Field Training Officers reserves the right to cancel the class, training, or event at any time with reasonable notice given to all participants.
If a class, training, or event is cancelled, refunds will be paid in full or you may request to reschedule attendance in the next available class, training, or event.
In the event of a cancellation, The National Association of Field Training Officers is not responsible for non-refundable airfares, other airfare penalties, or any other travel charges or expenses you may incur.
Issuance of Refunds
Refunds will be processed and completed within 30 days of cancellation.
